89 Boro, L. I. Soldiers are killed in Action. Bernard H. Goldstein's wife was Frances Goldstein. He served with the 349th Infantry Regiment, 88th Infantry Division and was fallen on 15 July 1944 in Italy. He was interred in the Florence American Cemetery, Italy. He awarded the Purple Heart.
