Last night a traction engine was drawing some trucks along the Barrack Road, Newcastle, for Messr. Walter Morrison and Co., when Edward Waugh, eight years of age, residing at 109, Philip Street, endeavoured to get on to the couplings between the wagons, but he fell off, and a truck wheel passed over the back of his head, killing him instantaneously. |
