Charles George Twallin was born in Hackney, Middlesex, England on 25 October 1876. His parents were Charles and Eliza Twallin, nee Belton. He was married to Kathleen Frances Hickman in the Downs Chapel at Downs Road, Lower Clapton, Hackney, London, England on 03 June 1903. Folloeing children of the couple are known: John Charles Hickman Twallin (1904-1978), Margaret Kathleen Twallin (1906-1991), Hugh Belton Twallin (1909-1991, and Theodore Roe Twallin (1911-1988). His death was registered in Bromley, Kent, England during the second quarter of 1964.
