John Parker was born in Winlaton, Durham, England on 30 December 1810 and was baptised in Ryton, Durham, England on 14 April 1811. His parents were Joseph and Margery Parker. He was married to Eleanor Hewison in the Church of St. John in the county of Newcastle-upon-Tyne on 28 October 1832. His death was registered in Sunderland, Durham, England during the fourth quarter of 1891.
