Betty Noel
Betty Noel won art and nature competitions in vintage publications in 1921.

Probably:
Elizabeth Christine Edith Noel, nee Gairdner, she was called Betty, was born in Rangoon, Myanmar on 26 September 1897 and was baptised in Rangoon on 15 January 1898. Her parents were Charles and Florence Jean Hope Gairdner, nee Thompson. She was married to Maurice Waldegrave Noel in Newent, Gloucestershire, England on 16 May 1920. Following children are known: Peter Maurice Noel (1922-1958) and Robert Gerard Charles Noel (1928-2014). The family resided at Hampton House in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England in 1939.
